Gastronomic guide of street food in Medellín

One of the booming trends in tourism, and in general in the way in which we relate to our environment when we travel, is gastronomic tourism; the one that we make seduced by the flavors of a place that we yearn to discover and the one that many times, we already feel close to having experienced its local gastronomy, for example through street food or comida callejera, the most democratic of the forms of traditional cuisine, characteristic for creating original, simple and creative recipes, at the moment, in front of the public and many times, at street level, in which the common denominator is the simplicity and speed of the service and that the food can even be eaten while you walk down the street without paying a high cost for it.
