Medellin Tourist Information Points, (PITS, for its Spanish abbreviation) are spaces that provide free and specialized information to visitors to the city to meet their needs and guide them. Medellin has 6 of the 117 physical points in 85 cities countrywide.

During 2017, more than 80,000 visitors from more than 159 countries received advice.
